2024 Club Tennis Pro Danny Moore

Hello High Ridge Members,
I am thrilled to introduce myself as your Head Tennis and Pickleball Pro for the
summer season. My name is Daniel Moore. I go by Danny, and I am originally from Guilford, CT. I played every sport available as I grew up, and developed a passion for tennis at a young age, eventually focusing on it competitively through high school and college.

I was recruited to play tennis for Methodist University in North Carolina where I
majored in Business Administration and minored in Sports Management. A
concentration in Professional Tennis Management (PTM) afforded me the
opportunity to learn proper teaching methods, earn USPTA certification, court
maintenance skills and become proficient in racquet stringing. As part of the PTM program, I completed summer internships at various clubs opting to go to a different club each summer to gain as much experience as possible. I truly enjoy the club atmosphere and the ability to form great relationships with the members and see them frequently. I was most recently the Head Tennis and Pickleball Pro at a club in Jacksonville, FL.

My certifications include USPTA, PTR, PPR, USTA, Cardio Tennis, Youth Tennis Coach, and Net Training for Tennis Professionals.

I am passionate about teaching and love helping people improve their game while having fun. When I am not playing tennis, you can find me watching or attending an NFL football game. (Go Steelers!)

I am excited to kick off the summer. Thank you for this opportunity and I look
forward to seeing you on the court and to growing an awesome tennis and
pickleball program.
